Keep West Valley Neighborly – Say No to Costco
Join the Prospect High School PTSA, City Council of Saratoga, and Thousands of West Valley Residents
Tell the City of San Jose NO to Westgate West Costco!
Thank you to the hundreds of you who submitted feedback to San Jose about the Draft Environmental Impact Report.

All signs point to the San Jose City Council approving the 4 acre Costco Warehouse unless they hear from you soon.
The Planning Commission and City Council need to know your concerns about the unacceptable impact of the proposed Costco:
Dangers to students, kids, pedestrians, and cyclists from traffic, plus a lack of any meaningful road safety improvements
Daily gridlock in West Valley from the 11,000+ car trips a day the Warehouse will generate
Pollution from standstill traffic, affecting students, seniors, and neighbors
Impact to accessing Westgate West businesses (such as Trader Joe’s)

About Us
Save West Valley! (SWV) is a grassroots group comprised of parents, residents, neighborhood associations, and businesses. We live and work in the West Valley, where the communities of West San Jose, Campbell, and Saratoga come together. SWV is completely run and managed by volunteers.
Our Mission
Our mission is to keep West Valley safe for children, pedestrians, and cyclists and advocate for quality of life in our community. We seek a holistic approach to development and projects that support the City of San Jose’s vision of transforming West Valley City into a pedestrian and bicycle friendly, transit-oriented, mixed use Urban Village.
